Our patented mechanism is the most space efficient in the world, based on our benchmarking, and takes parcels larger than the others while remaining fairly compact. Designed to last by an engineer with 23 years in automotive design. Tested to 25 years of life with negligible wear. Our front door alone is 2 kg of TIG welded steel, 2mm thick. Delrin and Nylon bushings are used for our mechanism, with steel pivot pins. Deliver-Eze proudly designs and manufactures here in Australia to ensure high quality. If something wears out it can be replaced, unlike our throw away competitors. We offer all replacement parts for our mechanism, but after 6 years we still have not had to provide any. Our main body is 1.6mm Galvanneal steel and our front door panel is 2.0mm. Competitors use 0.7 to 1.2mm steel. This smart new parcel mailbox securely receives large parcels up to 22 litres (325 x 305 x 225 mm) or 5.5 gallons approx. For reference it can take a 30 can box of beer. Powder coated front door and fascia same as body (below). Base material is pre-galvanised (zinc anneal) steel or 316 stainless depending on stock at the time. The main body and rear door are constructed from heavy-duty pre-galvanised (zinc anneal) 1.6mm steel sheet, which is then phosphated before powder coating with Dulux Duralloy or Mannex powder. Standard key lock is same as Toyota used on Hilux hard lids from 2006 to 2015, including a dust flap on the key slot. Stainless steel bezel and dust flap. After 5 years they have zero failures.

Engineering polymers used on all pivots for smooth operation and long life. These units are designed by an automotive design and development engineer with 20+ years at GM and Siemens/Continental.

They are made in Melbourne by a supplier to the military, so the quality is good. Superior to the Chinese units on the market, and far more durable. Deliver-Eze has tested our mechanism to. Refer instructions in the image section above.

This model (AKA Malvern) is designed specifically for installation in all types of fences, but can also be installed in masonry of all types, or retrofitted into brick walls by cutting a rectangular hole and screwing into place. Installation is fairly simple: Cut a rectangular opening in the wall/fence for the front door to fit through, bolt/screw the unit from the rear and to the underside of horizontal members, then fit the front surround/fascia to cover the gap/opening. Overall dimensions are 370 mm wide x 435 mm deep x 680 mm high (14 7/16" wide x 17 1/8" deep x 26 3/4" high), but the parcel storage chamber (lower half) is set back 112mm (4 3/8") from the front door and fascia to suit walls/fences up to 112mm (4 3/8) thick. Also works well in metal slat fences, sandwich panel walls, glass shop fronts, blocks, brush fences, Gabions, etc.

This listing is for the version with powder coated front door and fascia. Any photos that appear to show a stainless front door or fascia are to avoid re-shooting the photos with powder coated parts. Sorry but our courier cannot deliver to PO boxes or AusPost. For international sales we use DHL or similar fast couriers. As of May 2020 a customer in Texas confirmed they did not have to pay any charges due to importation.
