The structure inside inside the masonry cavity is stainless 304 for long life. The rear panel is adjustable for depth, constructed from heavy-duty 316 (Marine Grade) stainless, 1.6mm thick, with brushed finish.

All components of the mechanism are very corrosion resistant. The link bars are e-coated to automotive standards, while the anti-theft flap is Marine Grade aluminium, AL5052.

All pivots are made from high grade self lubricating polymers such as Delrin. Deliver-Eze parcel letterboxes are made in Melbourne by a supplier to the military, so the quality is first rate. Far superior to the Chinese units on the market, and far more durable.
